SmartHelpMe (hereinafter referred to as "SmartHelpMe or us") collects information about you when you use our mobile applications, websites, other products and services online (collectively, the "Services") and through other interactions and communications you may have with us. The Services are provided by SmartHelpMe. The Privacy Statement applies to information collected and used by SmartHelpMe and we may periodically post changes to this Privacy Statement on this page, and we trust that we will review the content on a regular basis.

This Privacy Statement ("Statement") applies to people from anywhere in the world who use our applications or Services to request facility repair services ("Customers"). This Statement applies to the information we collect from customers and agents who use the SmartHelpMe platform. If you interact with the Services as a User or Agent, the respective privacy statements apply to your different interactions.
SmartHelpMe is not responsible for the service provided by the agent in the resolution of your case, or for any incident of any kind that may occur during the resolution of the case.
The billing of the case will be provided by the agent who makes the resolution of the case.
INFORMATION COLLECTION
We collect the information you provide us directly, such as when you create or modify your account, request services on demand, communicate with customer support or communicate with us. This information may include: name, email, phone number, postal address, profile picture, payment method, and other information you choose to provide.
USE OF INFORMATION
We may use the information we collect about you to:
Provide, maintain and improve our services, which include, for example, to facilitate communication between the client, agents and us, provide the products and services you request (and send related information), develop new functions, provide customer service to Customers and Agents, develop security functions, authenticate users and send product updates and administrative messages; Perform internal operations, which include, for example, preventing fraud and abuse of our Services; to solve software problems and operational problems; conduct data analysis, testing and research; and to monitor and analyze usage and activity trends; Comply with the regulatory requirements we have regarding the transactions we process on your behalf; Send or facilitate communications between clients and the case agent; Send you communications that we believe will be of interest to you, including information about products, services, promotions, news and events of SmartHelpMe and other companies, where permissible and in accordance with applicable local laws; and to process the contest, raffle or other promotion tickets and fulfill any related prize; Personalize and improve the Services, including to provide or recommend functions, content, social connections, references and advertisements.
We may transfer the information described in this Statement, process it and store it in the United States and other countries, some of which may have less protective data protection laws than the region in which you reside. When this is the case, we will take appropriate steps to protect your personal information in accordance with this Statement.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You can correct your account information at any time by logging into your account online or within the application. If you wish to cancel your account, send us an email to support@smarthelpme.com Please note that, in some cases, we may retain certain information about you as required by law or for legitimate business purposes to the extent permitted by law . For example, if we believe you have committed fraud or violated our Terms, we may try to resolve the problem before deleting your information.
RIGHTS OF ACCESS
SmartHelpMe will comply with the requests of the person regarding the access, correction and/or elimination of the personal data that it stores in accordance with the applicable law.
PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
You can choose not to receive our promotional messages by following the instructions in those messages. If you choose not to participate, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those related to your account, about the Services you have requested or our ongoing business relationships.
COOKIES AND PUBLICITY
We can save cookies on your device from where you connect to "remember your session" if you so parameterize it when you enter the system and / or other cookies can be saved for the operation of the application.

Your continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes your consent to the changes.
